How and when we deliver materials and equipment.

We do not sell products online. This policy describes how orders placed through quotations and purchase orders are delivered.
Delivery terms (such as Ex-Works, FOR site, FOB or CIF), delivery location and lead times are stated in our quotation and confirmed in the order acknowledgement.
Lead times are estimates based on manufacturer schedules at the time of quotation. We keep clients informed of progress and any change in schedule.
Materials are packed to protect them during transit and storage, and labelled as required by the order. Each consignment is accompanied by the invoice, packing list, e-way bill where applicable, and the certificates specified in the order.
For international shipments we coordinate export packing, customs documentation and freight as agreed. Duties, taxes and clearance responsibilities follow the agreed Incoterms.
Please check consignments on receipt and note any visible damage or shortage on the delivery document, then inform us in writing within 7 days with photographs.
